• All content, code, graphics, and designs created by DEVLN during the project will be the property of the client only after full payment has been received.
• Until then, all intellectual property remains the property of DEVLN.

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, client data, and project details.
• We will not disclose any information to third parties without written consent.

DEVLN shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

• Delays caused by client-side inaction or force majeure events.
• Issues arising from third-party software or services.
